Happy Thanksgiving Day!

Happy Thanksgiving Day!

November 26th, 2020 is Thanksgiving!  This annual national holiday ceremoniously is recognized in the United States and Canada as a day to celebrate the harvest and other blessings of the past year. Americans generally believe that their Thanksgiving is modeled on a 1621 harvest feast shared by the English colonists (Pilgrims) of Plymouth and the Wampanoag people.

The holiday typically includes families getting together for a traditional meal of turkey, bread stuffing, potatoes, cranberries, and pumpkin pie. Most of us look forward to Thanksgiving for many of the same reasons: the food, family, friends, football, and the freedom of a day off of work!  Many families celebrate Thanksgiving as one of the few days of the year they are blessed to have so many loved ones under the same roof, in the same room, and sitting at the same table.

This year Thanksgiving will be marked by Covid-19. Families are encouraged to limit travel during the holidays, limit physical contact with people who do not live in their household & practice the 3 W’s. Following these guidelines will help make this Thanksgiving a safe and happy one!

Best wishes & Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family from IFTA USA, INC.!
